https://adwords.google.com/o/KeywordTool and type in YOUR CITY and SHORT SALES or YOUR CITY and REAL ESTATE then click on “KEY WORD SUGGESTIONS” and copy and keep them all and use them in your blogs, posts, etc.

The Dreaded Video Content
This seems to be the step that everyone dreads when I coach them, I dont know why? It is rather simple. YouTube has a recorder on it and as for information, I outlined all of the questions your homeowner will ask you. Just answer them on camera. YouTube is one of the BEST search engines on the planet for you and your business!
Much like adding VIDEO content adding just AUDIO content is a great, easy and FREE way to get you exposure on the internet. This will also get your name or your business name in iTunes. As with all of these sites, stick to the FREE version when you sign up.
Before I was on actual Terrestrial Radio, I started off doing Podcasts. IT IS SIMPLE!

Create profiles on all of these sites and link them to all of your content AND you will drive traffic from all of these locations to your websites, blogs, etc and it will generate traffic and business.

Simple (again), use http://mailchimp.com/ it allows you to open a free email account and place 2,000 agent names (from your email list above) and send them a genuine and honest message to NETWORK and get REFERRALS.
As an irony, I know MOST of you have no idea what I am talking about…
MOST of you believe that you need a ‘script’ or you should use a ‘newsletter’ format for your emails.
ALL that is required is a GENUINE and HONEST message about your intent to NETWORK or be an ADVOCATE.
How to create email content
This could be an extraordinarily long explanation to the subtleties of email message crafting…
However, you just need 2 things for emails:
1. HONEST, REAL and GENUINE subject line!
2. HONEST, REAL and GENUINE content!
Write your emails like you are writing to your mom or a friend about the subject (simple is always the best)
DO NOT DO A NEWSLETTER (that’s what common LAZY agents do, with boring content!.)
Subject lines for agent to agent emails should be simple reflecting MONEY and TIME.
Subject lines for a agent to homeowner emails should be about ADVOCATING, HELPING, CLOSING, RESTORING CREDIT and AVOIDING FORECLOSURE.
Emails bodies NO MATTER WHAT need to be ‘REAL’ about YOU and not a contrived’. Use testimonials or real life experiences and keep it simple. I have actually fabricated stories about agents, their relationships, their families and HOW HAPPY they actually are and those emails and agents come off very fake and very phony.

The Buyer Funnel
This one is very simple. POST FREE LISTINGS and get buyers at your website looking for a home. I don’t actually care if you want to work with buyers or not, this is the easiest way to get traffic to your website or leads you can have ANOTHER agent work or a buyers list you can cultivate. If you do not have any listings, I have attached pictures of homes for you to use, that I personally took and add a generic home description and pricing that you will know will get interested buyers calling.
